Refund Policy

Happen AI is a trade name of Abhishek Paul, a sole proprietorship registered in India (GST and Udyam Aadhaar registered; registration details available on request). Payments and refunds are processed through Razorpay, our payment gateway.
1. Pack Licenses (one-time purchases)
- 14-day refund window from the date of purchase.
- No questions asked within the 14-day window, with one exception: If you self-certify that you have used the pack for commercial work or delivered client work using the pack during the 14-day window, we reserve the right to deny refund. This is on the honor system and aligns with the commercial value already received.
- To request a refund: email support@happen-ai.com with your order number and email. We process within 5 business days via Razorpay.
- After 14 days: no refunds for pack licenses except at our discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g., you can demonstrate the pack fundamentally failed to function as described).
2. Cloud Subscriptions (Try, Pro, High-Volume)
- The Desktop app and local workspaces are free — there is nothing to refund for local use.
- Monthly cloud plans (Try ₹299/mo, Pro ₹3,999/mo, High-Volume ₹12,000/mo): Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. No refund for the current period.
- Cancel via your account settings. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund credits already issued for the current period.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
- Refunds are issued via Razorpay to the original payment method.
- Timing: 5–10 business days for card refunds (bank processing time varies).
- UPI/bank transfers: may take up to 7 business days.
- On refund: associated pack license is deactivated. The desktop app may continue to function locally but will show "License inactive" status.
