Do I need an API key?

Either one. Bring your Anthropic / OpenAI key, or bridge your existing Claude Max subscription through your workspace (local or cloud). We never touch your LLM billing.

What is an .hpk file?

A zipped workspace: agents + prompts + plugins + knowledge + starter files. One share link installs everything. The .hpk format spec is open (MIT), so the file you build is yours to keep and share.

Does my data leave my machine?

Only the prompts you send to your LLM provider. Pack code, knowledge, and outputs stay local. No telemetry on by default.

Can I sell my own packs?

Yes. Build a pack, submit it to the hub, and earn 70–80% of each sale. Buyers run it in any Happen workspace — free desktop or cloud.

Why is this cheaper than Lindy / Voiceflow?

Because we are not selling the AI. We sell the system and the ops. Your Anthropic or OpenAI bill is yours — pass-through, no markup.
