Pack License

Happen AI is a trade name of Abhishek Paul, a sole proprietor registered in India (GST and Udyam Aadhaar registered; registration details available on request). References to "Happen AI," "we," "us," or "our" mean this sole proprietorship. This Pack License is the agreement between you and Happen AI governing your use of any pack you obtain through the Happen AI marketplace.

1. What a pack is

A "pack" is a pre-built agent configuration — prompts, workflows, starter files, and related materials — distributed through the Happen AI marketplace. Each pack is sold individually at its own one-time price, set by the pack's creator. Some packs are free. There are no license tiers and no per-seat counts: one purchase grants you the rights described below.

2. Licence grant

On a completed purchase (or, for a free pack, on adding it to your account), we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the pack to build and run agents for your own purposes, on both local (desktop) and cloud workspaces. This is a licence to use the pack — you do not acquire ownership of it.

3. What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise make the pack itself available to others as a standalone product, whether modified or unmodified.
• Repackage the pack (or a derivative of it) for sale or distribution as a competing pack.
• Remove or obscure any attribution, notices, or identifiers included with the pack.

For clarity: the outputs your agents generate, and any original prompts or configurations you create yourself, are yours. This restriction is about redistributing the pack, not about the work you do with it.

4. Price and payment

Paid packs are charged once, at the price shown at checkout, through Razorpay (our payment gateway; not the seller or merchant of record). Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable Indian taxes where required. The seller of record is Abhishek Paul, trading as Happen AI.

5. Refunds

Paid packs include a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund from the date of purchase. To request one, email support@happen-ai.com with your order number. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

Packs are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. AI outputs are generated by third-party models and we make no representations about their accuracy or fitness for any purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a pack will not exceed the amount you paid for that pack.

7. Termination

This licence ends if you breach it (for example, by reselling the pack) or if your underlying entitlement is revoked (for example, following a refund). Software you have already installed locally is not remotely disabled, but your right to use the pack ends on termination.

8. General

This Pack License is governed by the laws of India and should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
